Went with a Napoleonic theme with all four men. Black's outfit is inspired by what gentlemen would wear back in that era. [link]
I tried to give him the cold feel of a ruthless businessman, banker or acountant. He has magnifying specs to check the validity of the products, gold and bounty. He is the Famine man after all.
